  • Yes, we offer continuous support throughout the participants' stay. This includes a dedicated team available to assist with any challenges or questions related to their work placements, accommodation, or navigating the city. We also organise regular check-ins to ensure everything is progressing smoothly.

  • Participants are matched with work placements based on their skills, experience, and interests. We work closely with our partner companies to ensure that the placement aligns with the participants' professional goals and provides meaningful learning opportunities. A Job Description is provided with information on the name, address, and website of the company, the main tasks and schedule that can be expected, and the required uniform.

  • If any issues arise during a work placement, participants are encouraged to contact our support team immediately. We will liaise with the placement company to address and resolve any concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

  • We can find the most suitable accommodation for your experience. Depending on the number of participants, the availability, and the length of your stay in Lisbon, we have a network of accommodation providers which include private rooms in flat shares, hostels or host families. Meals can also be part added if this is requested.

  • While full-time employment is not guaranteed, successful internships often lead to job offers or further opportunities within the host organisation. Many interns who demonstrate strong skills, dedication, and a good work ethic are considered for continued roles after their placement ends.

  • While knowledge of Portuguese is not mandatory, it can be beneficial, especially for roles that involve direct interaction with locals. Our Portuguese language classes are designed to help participants acquire basic conversational skills to enhance their experience.

  • To enrich the participants' experience, we can organise a variety of cultural activities, including guided tours of Lisbon, visits to museums, and trips to historical landmarks. These activities are designed to help participants immerse themselves in Portuguese culture and make the most of their time in the city.
